Vinca is a spreading plant which produces masses of white, blue, or purple flowers throughout the year depending on the variety.

Suitable for full or part sun, and even deep shade, they are a versatile plant which grow in well-drained or poor-drained soil and are quite hardy. The plants are relatively drought resistant and grow in all but the driest of soils. They do flower best in full sun however.

To propagate, they can be divided in Spring or Autumn, or semi-hardwood cuttings can be taken in Summer.
